The situation in the area of the People's
Militia responsibility has not changed significantly over the past day, is
characterized as stably tense and tends to aggravation
There were recorded 3 ceasefire violations over
the past day. In total the punishers made 60 shots, including: from IFV (20
shots), grenade machine guns (40 shots), and also small arms of various
caliber. The shelling of the People's Militia positions came from the
directions of the localities of Novozvannovka and Luganskoye where the punishers
of the AFU 54th separate motorized brigade and the 59 the
separate motor-infantry brigade are concentrated.
According to the available information the
level of a moral and psychological condition of the military personnel of the
AFU units concentrated on the line of contact is in critical condition. The
obvious facts of the low moral and psychological state are the alcohol abuse,
non-statutory relationship between the military personnel of the AFU and
nationalist battalions, and also the delay on payment of the monetary
allowance.
In this regard, the commission of the Head
department of moral and psychological support of the Ukraine's General Staff
has been inspecting since May 16. The check purpose is an assessment of the
moral and psychological condition of the military personnel and to define their
readiness for performance of tasks.
At the same time, the Ukrainian side continues
carrying out engineering and fortification works with the use of heavy
engineering and construction equipment near the line of contact of the parties
for organizing the firing positions and caponiers for equipment in the areas of
the localities of Gerasimovka, Chuginka, Kazachy.
Besides, according to our intelligence
information from the locality of Lisichansk there destined the column of trucks
with pontoon crossings to the LPR direction, also the arrival of pontoon
bridges in the locality of Trekhizbyonka is recorded.
The elicited fact speaks about the low level of
combat training in the AFU military units. As a result of unsatisfactory work
of engineering units and weather conditions in the area of the locality of
Zheltoye there was damaged a pontoon bridge and carried on a current in the
unspecified direction. The search of this engineering construction to return it
is organized now.
Thus the military-political leadership of
Ukraine still considers to solve the conflict in Donbass using weapons as the
main point, at the same time carrying out engineering works on construction of
the second line of defense.
In this regard, the units of the People's
militia don't cease to pay special attention to respond to the sudden
aggressive actions of the enemy. Our units of the People's militia have daily
combat training. The units work harmoniously and accurately, showing the high
level of unity and are in constant combat readiness.
