In Portogallo si è consumato il dramma definitivo della morte della democrazia europea.

Nelle ultime elezioni parlamentari, su 230 seggi, 122 sono stati conquistati dal Partito Socialista, Partito comunista e dal Blocco di Sinistra. I due ultimi partiti hanno condotto una forte campagna contro l’Unione Europea e contro l’Euro, campagna che li ha portati ad avere una maggioranza di coalizione relativa.

Tutto bene allora, tutto sistemato, nasce il primo governo anti-euro d’Europa ?

NO, nulla di tutto questo accadrà. Il presidente ANIBAL CAVACO SILVA ha deciso di non dare l’incarico a nessun membro della coalizione di sinistra, in quanto “Inconsistente”, “Chiaramente incoerente”, e come sempre accade quando la democrazia viene dimessa , ha affermato che “Questo è il momento peggiore per cambiare in modo radicale la nostra democrazia in modo n on corrispondente alla volontà degli elettori.” Elettori che, però , si erano appena espressi in modo diverso.

Con il solito tono paternalista tipico dei regimi dittatoriali in Capo di Stato lusitano quindi si è arrogato di dare il mandato a Pedro Passos Coelho, leader della coalizione di centrodestra PSD/CDS che ha governando negli ultimi quattro anni imponendo una politica di austerità così come voluta a Bruxelles e Berlino, ma che alle elezioni non è riuscito a convincere la maggioranza degli elettori, fermandosi al 38,5%.

Quindi con una mossa nel peggior stile sudamericano il Portogallo si allontana dal cammino delle democrazie e conferma il fatto che l’Euro e l’Europa sono il frutto di politiche autoritarie ed antidemocratiche, che con il tempo non possono essere compatibili con l’approvazione popolare, ma che possono reggersi solo con forzature istituzionali.

Il precedente leader socialista José Socrates, appena assolto da accuse di corruzione che lo hanno portato in carcere per 11 mesi, ha affermato che il presidente ha violato la costituzione ed ha detto : “Io sono favorevole alla Nato, ma sono ancor più favorevole al fatto che si possa essere contro la Nato. Sono favorevole all’Europa, ma sono ancor più favorevole al fatto che si possa essere contro l’Europa….. (il rifiuto del presidente) è come dire : avete diritto ad eleggere i vostri rappresentanti, ma può governare solo chi ha delle entrature ad alti livelli internazionali”. Josè Socrates ha detto chiaramente che le indagini forzate sul suo conto non sono state altro che uno strumento di lotta politica.

I tre partiti di sinistra hanno affermato che non daranno la fiducia al governo di minoranza di centrodestra, ma, naturalmente, ci saranno pressioni affinché nasca l’Alfano in salsa lusitana. Se così non sarà la palla tornerà al presidente della repubblica, e vedremo se giungerà sino allo scioglimento delle camere.

Quindi Democrazia, Euro ed Unione Europea sono in rotta di collisione. Il Portogallo appariva come il “Successo” delle politiche europee, ma queste politiche sono possibili solo dismettendo il volere popolare, per ora in modo pacifico. Però non passerà molto prima che dalle violazioni costituzionali si passi all’uso della violenza. Il tutto nell’assordante silenzio dei nostri media, per cui, dal prossimo anno , pagherete il conto nella bolletta elettrica, dando i soldi ai vari Fazio, Litizzetto etc….

US commanders have told Gene they fear they are being setup to be killed and this will be blamed on the Russians to start another war! Russia is doing a great job killing ISIS. The US will not tell Russia where the Free Syrian Army is located nor provide any other information about ISIS targets! This is outrageous!  (Note de l’éditeur : Le shrapnel du MH17 a atteint le ventilateur géopolitique cette semaine. Les enquêteurs se sont mis d’accord sur le projectile, un missile BUK et il semble que ce soit les Russes qui aient abattu l’avion. La bataille qui s’engage maintenant est de savoir quelle version de la charge militaire a été utilisée, ce qui va éliminer ou confirmer la Russie comme  suspect potentiel.

Les Russes maintiennent ci-dessous que la production des anciennes têtes de missiles BUK a été arrêtée en 1982 et que toutes les unités russes ont été équipées des nouvelles ogives, ce qui apparaît plausible car une puissance militaire majeure n’utiliserait pas des charges militaires vieilles de 30 ans si une version modernisée était disponible. Mais l’Ukraine en avait beaucoup selon les inventaires enregistrés.

Donc aujourd’hui, la demande des Russes auprès des Nations Unies pour ouvrir une nouvelle enquête a pour but d’éliminer tous les doutes qu’un système moderne russe ait été la cause de la catastrophe, et de remettre à plus tard l’examen de la question de rebelles du Donbass utilisant un système BUK capturé.

Tous les lecteurs de VT sont bien conscients de la rapidité avec laquelle la question du mobile de cette tragédie a été escamotée des débats. C’est parce qu’il n’y en a pas du côté russe … ZERO. Kiev se trouvait dans la situation où ses avions se faisaient tirer dessus et où son invasion des républiques rebelles était repoussée par la résistance opiniâtre des combattants de la liberté du Donbass, et leur pragmatisme leur disait d’avoir des lignes de ravitaillement intérieures plus courtes et plus faciles à défendre. Kiev n’a jamais été capable de mener à bien son plan de division et de conquête de Luhansk et de Donetsk.

Kiev avait un mobile : lorsqu’il a compris qu’il ne pourrait peut-être pas gagner la guerre et qu’il avait besoin d’un prétexte imparable pour faire intervenir les militaires occidentaux afin de leur sauver la mise. Abattre un avion de ligne pour en imputer la responsabilité à la Russie était idéal pour obtenir ce résultat.

Mais la bataille se concentrera maintenant sur l’affirmation russe concernant leurs nouvelles têtes BUK qui ont toutes des shrapnels en forme de nœud papillon, et sont beaucoup plus dévastateurs que le mélange de nœud papillons et de cubes sur l’ancien modèle. Mais les photos sur les pièces endommagées de l’avion prouvent selon les Russes qu’on ne distingue aucun point d’impact ni d’orifice de sortie en forme de nœuds papillons.

Major earthquake strikes Afghanistan, India and northern Pakistan

A 7.5-magnitude earthquake has struck in Afghanistan and northern Pakistan with the effects being felt in India. The earthquake epicentre was in Afghanistan's mountainous Hindu Kush region and tremors were felt in New Delhi and Islamabad.

Witnesses reported shaking buildings in Kabul and across northern India. The US Geological Survey (USGS) said the quake had a preliminary magnitude of 7.7 and was centred 45km south-west of Jarm, Afghanistan. Then, it revised it down to 7.6 and later to 7.5.

At least 17 people were killed in northwestern Pakistan, including one in the city of Peshawar, according to government officials. Injured people were being admitted to Peshawar's Lady Reading Hospital.

"We received 50 injured and more are being shifted. The injured suffered multiple injuries due to building collapse," said hospital spokesman Syed Jamil Shah.

Afghanistan's Pajhwok News media reported 21 people killed and 100 wounded across the country, including five killed in the province of Nangahar.

The quake was very deep - about 196km - and many experts said they do not expect major direct damage, although landslides may have been triggered by the tremor.

Pakistan's GEO TV reported people leaving their homes in Peshawar, Lahore, Abbottabad and the capital Islamabad. Local TV showed judges, lawyers and complainants running out of a room where the country's Supreme Court was holding a session.

Kabul residents said it was the most powerful earthquake they have ever felt, according to Afghanistan's Tolo News.

Pakistani Prime Minister has ordered all federal, military agencies on alert following the quake.

A video published on Facebook showed landslides in the vicinity of what appears Danyore bridge in Pakistan's Gilgit-Baltistan.
