More than 100 athletes took part in the meeting, both those who will compete in the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and those who were banned from taking part, and more than 40 coaches, doctors, and other specialists accompanying the team.

As the Democratic Party melts down in rancorous fulmination on the heels of Julian Assange's release of 20,000 embarrassing emails, the long-suffering Bernie Sanders begs the conventioneers to vote for Neocon warmonger, Hillary Clinton. But is it "progressive" for voters to elect a candidate whose election entails the distinct likelihood of nuclear war?

She, herself has stated more than once that, "The nuclear option is not off the table." These pronouncements should be seen within the context of the psychopathic glee that she expressed about "her" war with Libya, where she reveled joyously at Muammar Gaddafi's graphic murder, by which he was sodomized to death with a knife, as recorded by cellphone cameras and witnessed by billions, worldwide.

Anyone who says "Never Trump" needs to understand that Clinton has completely sold out to Wall Street and to the Military Industrial Complex, in her relentless offensive to become the first Woman President of the US and that she will happily do her masters' bidding, having a strong appetite for bloodshed, herself.

Make no mistake: a vote for Hillary Clinton is a vote for World War III. She appears well-prepared to commit mass-genocide in upcoming conflagrations planned by the US' Wehrmacht against Russia and Iran.

Most Americans want something better than what the Republican-Democratic duopoly crams down our throats. We're mad as Hell and, as seen in the Conventions of Cleveland and Philadelphia, we're starting to realize how powerful we are: We don't need to take it anymore - do we?

CHARLIE ROSE: I want to thank you for inviting us to your home on what I would have described as a lovely Russian Sunday afternoon. You call it Old Wives’ summer.

We will do our interview, it will be broadcast on Sunday, and the next day you will speak to the United Nations in a much-anticipated address. It will be the first time you have been there in a number of years. What will you say to the UN, to America, to the world?

VLADIMIR PUTIN: Since this interview will be aired prior to my speech, I do not think it reasonable to go into much detail about everything I am going to speak about, but, broadly, I will certainly mention some facts from the history of the United Nations. Now I can already tell you that the decision to establish the United Nations was taken in our country at the Yalta Conference. It was in the Soviet Union that this decision was made. The Soviet Union, and Russia as the successor state to the Soviet Union, is a founding member state of the United Nations and a permanent member of its Security Council.

Of course, I will have to say a few words about the present day, about the evolving international situation, about the fact that the United Nations remains the sole universal international organisation designed to maintain global peace. And in this sense it has no alternative today. It is also apparent that it should adapt to the ever-changing world, which we discuss all the time: how it should evolve and at what rate, which components should undergo qualitative changes. Of course, I will have to or rather should use this international platform to explain Russia's vision of today's international relations, as well as the future of this organisation and the global community.

Sabe muy bien lo que cuesta la inestabilidad de un empleo, después de una experiencia de vida, donde fue casi todo lo que se puede ser en la profesión de periodista.

The final game plan of the Rothschilds was to reverse the results of World War I by reinstating the German, Austro-Hungarian and Russian monarchies, sources in Germany and the US agree. The plan that is now unfolding in Europe calls for a civil war against a “Muslim” enemy. The so-called “Muslim” terrorists are being financed with money supposed to be spent on fighting so-called carbon induced global warming, the sources ad. This is why we are seeing daily “Muslim” terror attacks that seem to always involve “lone wolves” who die in the attack. That way there is no need to have a messy trial where facts might have a chance of intruding into the public mind.

In any case the sources say that after a summer of increasingly severe terrorist attacks, European bank ATMs will be shut down, possibly in August or September. It is at this point where the royal families will present themselves as “saviors” and provide the people with huge amounts of fiat money and “security,” in exchange for the reinstatement of their monarchies.

Question: Mr Lavrov, the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society has historical ties with the Middle East, the people living in this internationally significant region – the land of three global religions. The Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society has always pursued noble goals and sought to strengthen Russia’s position in the Middle East. June 3, 2017 will mark 135 years since this ancient society was founded. What do you think of its current activities, including its friendly ties with Middle Eastern people, its contribution to cultural, historical and spiritual heritage, and mainly the phenomenon of “Russian Palestine”? Why do you think the Society has been so long lasting and instrumental in the Middle East as the oldest non-governmental organisation in the over 100 years of its history?

Sergey Lavrov: To begin with, I’d like to congratulate all Society members on the upcoming 135^thanniversary of the day Alexander III decreed the founding of the organisation following the initiative of many prominent personalities and public figures of the time. This society was designed to promote friendly relations with the people of the region, particularly to create favourable conditions for pilgrims. However, it didn’t just seek to make it possible for Russian people to travel to the holy sites but also to ensure Russia’s presence in the Holy Land, to create the “Russian Palestine” you mentioned.

Since then, the society has been pro-actively working in the Middle East. It has purchased a lot of land in this holy place for all Christians, Jews and Muslims. The society has implemented many educational, humanitarian and enlightening missions and has acquired an authority and a stable, reliable reputation in the region.

China has a lot more going for it—and the USA a lot less—than what the Western presstitutes would have you believe.

For a long time, I have been trying to satisfy my curiosity about China.  I read as much as I could—in English and Spanish.  I attended a scientific conference in Beijing, and although my Chinese colleagues were happy enough to talk about science, they were disinclined to talk about politics.  I read Chinese literature in translation and worked in a small town in central China for a few months.  I learned, for instance, that some ordinary Chinese are capable of remarkable acts of disinterested kindness.  My lungs suffered the consequences of Chinese pollution.  However, I never got close enough to a proper understanding of China—let alone to be able to write about that country or its future contributions to the world.

Jeff Brown’s book, China Rising: Capitalist Roads, Socialist Destinations, helped me close that gap.
