Potential US involvement in Romania’s Hallucinating Case

AUGUST 4, 2019
  • The authorities, who botched everything from the very beginning, did not explore the more plausible outcome that the girl had been passed off to an accomplice in the traffic ring.

For several, long, excruciating weeks, the case of Alexandra, a 15 year old girl who was abducted, raped, and allegedly killed in Caracal, Romania, is keeping the national public more and more perplexed and enraged.
The girl managed to call the authorities three times to let them know of her plight. The emergency operator and the police treated her calls in a totally unprofessional manner and with no empathy whatsoever. They failed to pinpoint the girl’s whereabouts in time, even though Alexandra gave them plenty of clues to find the address. More so, the judge gave the police a search warrant with delay, and the prosecutor himself stood in front of the criminal’s doors and refused to give the order to enter the premises until several hours later – when it was too late.
The perpetrator, at first, denied any involvement with the girl, then changed his testimony, affirming that he had killed the girl and burned her body out in the yard in a barrel. The neighbors confirmed the smell of burnt flesh. Bones were found on his property, allegedly of human origin. DNA samples were taken and analysis showed a match with Alexandra. The authorities, who botched everything from the very beginning, did not explore the more plausible outcome that the girl had been passed off to an accomplice in the traffic ring. I’ll try to enlist all the major plot holes in the official narrative without dragging the article too much.
First, it’s just too preposterous to burn a human body in an ordinary barrel, up to the point of calcinating the bones. Such a feat would require well over a thousand degrees Celsius of heat to be maintained for several hours. At best, the perpetrator only achieved a few hundred degrees. The criminal maintained that the barrel burned for 8 hours. However, this statement doesn’t check out. Because that means the police would have witnessed the barrel burning when they visited his house at 3 in the morning, because there was plenty of space between the walls and the door, through which one could peak inside the yard. Also, turning a human body into ash would have made the atmosphere unbearable for the neighbors, drawing extraordinary attention.
The girl’s family doesn’t believe those bones are Alexandra’s, and they’ve sent samples from the main lot to an independent medical institute in a foreign country to see if the official result gets corroborated. The family’s lack of faith in the authorities doesn’t stem from paranoia. Any sane person who watched the case unfold will be highly skeptical of the official narrative.
Some other details: the police didn’t implement filters in the locality, the tapes from the local surveillance cameras they obtained from the press, not on their own, they failed to produce the murder weapon, or locate the actual murder scene. The criminal’s phone agenda contained the personal numbers of several policemen. Despite the many tips obtained and provided by the national press, the authorities absolutely didn’t wish to pursue the human trafficking route. Another irrational aspect is the criminal’s reasoning. When he returned to the house, he realized the girl had called 112 and that it was only a matter of time until the police arrived. Why would he kill the girl and burn her body on his estate and remain at the scene of the crime to be discovered?
The official narrative is filled with plot holes, from premise to conclusion, including a lack of solid evidence. More so, and tragically, organized crime in Caracal [and in Romania in general] goes hand in hand with law enforcement, the judiciary, and politicians.
On August the 1st, Mihai Fifor, the head of internal affairs met with the US ambassador Hans Klemm- or to be more precise, the ambassador visited him. The region in which this crime occurred is only 7 kilometers from Deveselu, home to a US military base. Anonymous sources claim the FBI has become involved in the investigation. It’s possible that a human trafficking ring or rings may have served ‘demand’ for young girls at Deveselu [demand from US soldiers]. Obviously, the minister claimed the meeting was only about Romania’s NATO partnership and bilateral trade deals with the United States.
A few months before Alexandra’s case, another girl by the name of Luiza, disappeared in the same locality under the same circumstance. Both families were phoned after the abductions by a stranger, who told them that the girls were going to work abroad. This type of modus operandi makes me think it’s a case of misdirection, telling the family their child went to a foreign country and reassuring them in the process that the child is alive. Assuming misdirection, there’s a good chance these girls are alive and still in the country and not somewhere else. In Luiza’s case, the police presumed the girl [a minor] a whore, presumed the parents as mistaken or overreacting, and didn’t take action to find her. It’s the ‘night of the mind’ for the country’s law enforcement and justice system. Romanian official stats say hundreds of people are kidnapped and trafficked each year.

Media silent on dismissal of DNC suit against Julian Assange

The American media has been abominable in the matter of Assange, but the British media’s scurrilous attacks and rejoicing upon his incarceration have been even more vile and open in their contempt for real press freedoms.

A federal court ruling last Tuesday dismissing a Democratic National Committee (DNC) civil suit against Julian Assange “with prejudice” was a devastating indictment of the US ruling elite’s campaign to destroy the WikiLeaks founder. It exposed as a fraud the entire “Russiagate” conspiracy theory peddled by the Democratic Party, the corporate media and the intelligence agencies for the past three years.
The decision, by Judge John Koeltl of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, rejected the smears that Assange “colluded” with Russia. It upheld his status as a journalist and publisher and dismissed claims that WikiLeaks’ 2016 publication of leaked emails from the DNC was “illegal.”
Despite the significance of the ruling, and its clear newsworthiness, it has been subjected to an almost complete blackout by the entire media in the US and internationally.
The universal silence on the court decision—extending from the New York Times (which buried a six-paragraph report on the ruling on page 25) and the Washington Post, to “alternative” outlets such as the Intercept, the television evening news programs and the publications of the pseudo-left—can be described only as a coordinated political conspiracy.

« THE ART OF WAR »
The US model for « sovereign » government
by Manlio Dinucci
Even though the opposition continues to attack the government, and although there are divergences within the government itself, not one critical voice was heard throughout the entire Parliamentary arc when, at the Ambassadors' Conference (26 July), Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte presented the main themes of his foreign policy as if it were proof of a vast multipartisan consensus.
Above all, Conte defined the pivot of Italy's place in the world: « Our relationship with the United States remains qualitatively different from those that we have with other powers, because it is based on shared values and principles which are the very foundations of the Republic and an integral part of our Constitution: democratic sovereignty, the liberty and equality of all citizens, the defence of the fundamental rights of the person ». So Prime Minister Conte not only reminds us that the USA is our « privileged ally », but states a guiding principle: Italy takes the United States as its model of a democratic society.
This is a colossal historical mystification.
As far as the « liberty and equality of all citizens », is concerned, we only need to remember that US citizens are still today officially identified on the basis of « race » - whites (divided between non-Hispanics and Hispanics), blacks, Native Americans, Asiatics, indigenous Hawaïans – and that the the average living conditions of blacks and Hispanics (Latin-Americans belonging to all « races ») are by far the worst.
Ø  Concerning the « defence of the fundamental rights of the person », it is enough to remember that in the USA, more than 43 million citizens (14 %) live in poverty, and approximately 30 million have no sanitary assistance, and many others have insufficient health care (for example, to pay for a long chemotherapy in case of a tumour).
Ø  And furthermore, still concerning the « defence of the fundamental rights of the person », we only have to note the thousands of unarmed black people assassinated with impunity by white police officers.
Ø  Concerning « democratic sovereignty », let's not forget the series of wars and coups d’État perpetrated by the United States, from 1945 to the present day, in more than 30 countries – in Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin-America – causing 20 to 30 million deaths and hundreds of millions of wounded (see the research by James Lucas presented by Professor Michel Chossudovsky on the site Global Research [1]).
These are the « shared values » on which Italy bases its « qualitatively different » relationship with the United States. And in order to demonstrate how fruitful this relationship is, Conte assures: «I have always found in President Trump an attentive listener to the legitimate interests of Italy».
Interests which Washington will continue to consider as «legitimate» as long as Italy
Ø  remains part of the NATO herd, dominated by the United States,
Ø  follows them from war to war,
Ø  increases on their demand its military spending,
Ø  leaves its territory at the disposition of US forces and bases, including nuclear weaponry.
Conte is trying to make us believe that his government, commonly defined as «sovereign», enjoys ample space for autonomous « dialogue with Russia on the basis of NATO's double-track approach » (diplomatic and military): an approach which in reality follows but one track, that of an increasingly dangerous military confrontation.
On this subject – explains La Stampa [2] – US ambassador in Rome, Lewis Eisenberg, telephoned vice-President Luigi Di Maio (judged by Washington to be the most «trustworthy»), asking him for information about relations with Moscow, particularly those of vice-President Matteo Salvini (whose visit to Washington, despite his efforts, came to « a disappointing conclusion»).
We do not know whether or not Conte's government will pass the exam. But we do know that it is perpetuating the tradition according to which the Italian government must always obtain the approbation of Washington, thus confirming the state of our «democratic sovereignty».

6 Star – The Long Needed Stake in the Heart of the Department of Injustice and Crooked Judges as Well as Prosecutors Across the USA
Reviewed by Robert David Steele
When this book was first published in 2014 the country was not ready to “hear” what this former prosecutor had to say.
Now, in the aftermath of the collapse of the Russian election interference fabrication by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the clear evidence of treason by then President Barack Obama running through the Department of Justice (DoJ) and across the so-called leadership ranks of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI),  the public is ready to contemplate the reality that across the USA, there are judges and prosecutors who are so corrupt, so venal, so protected from being held accountable, that they will literally lie in every possible way to put people in jail, to sentence people to death, on the basis of both false evidence, and abuse of judicial and prosecutorial discretion.
The author has produced gifted compelling writing that at one point brought me to tears of compassion, at other points tears of outrage.
The book is central to what I think of as the trilogy of crime in government.
At the bottom are crooked cops and incompetent crime lab technicians who lie (and take bribes) to frame people for murder and other crimes. At the bottom are also sheriffs, magistrates, and a mix of doctors, nurses, and elderly care providers who prey on old people – drugging them up, making them wards of the state, and then stealing their estates. And then there are the young and the black, sentenced to prisons that pay kickbacks for each head of cattle delivered.
At the top as Matt Taibbi has documented so well in with Griftopia: A Story of Bankers, Politicians, and the Most Audacious Power Grab in American History which I have reviewed, and in The Divide: American Injustice in the Age of the Wealth Gap which I have not, are the Deep State and Shadow Government where criminal dealings at the national, state, and local levels are legalized. The most common political crime is the granting of public lands, waivers on pollution, and forgiveness of billions in tax obligations in return for political kickbacks (Baltimore comes to mind as do New York City and San Francisco) to allowing the financialization of the economy, contrived depressions, and the use of the stock market to cheat individual investors at the same time that the agricultural, military, pharmaceutical, prison, and water complexes are allowed to poison us, kill us, drug us, incarcerate us, and poison us again.

IT -- Manlio Dinucci -- Affossato il Trattato INF, in arrivo nuovi euromissili

Affossato il Trattato INF, in arrivo nuovi euromissili. Europa Complice
Manlio Dinucci

A Destruição do Tratado INF e a Chegada de Novos Euromísseis. Europa Cúmplice
Manlio Dinucci
