Resolution on the treaty on missiles --WHO and HOW voted in the UN

It seems that today's main headline related to military affairs is different. 

The biggest headline is the UN General Assembly vote on the draft resolution on the attempt to preserve the Russian-American treaty, which is actually the Soviet-American treaty, on the elimination of intermediate-range and shorter-range missiles. 

Gorbachev and Reagan signed it. Moscow proposed that resolution.
